Finally we can see the bottom
The news seams to be getting a little less harsh these days, lower gas prices at the pumps in Asbury Park and developing signs of a housing recovery in Monmouth County. Contract sales in New Jersey have held steady at a monthly pace of 7,000 homes for the past 3 months while unsold Inventory has actually started to decline according to the fine folks at Otteau. This is great news for the buyers and the sellers and a great time to buy. However, plan on being in your new home for at least 5 to 7 years and make it your own.
